Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pazy regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
