Fresh produce moves daily. So should the books.
Outlet purchases, commissary bills, utility dues and staff advances — captured at the counter and posted against the outlet that spent it.
Service starts at seven. So does the ledger.
One Saturday across the outlets and the commissary — every purchase tagged to its outlet, category and GSTIN.
Paid by scan, inside the outlet cap.
Read line by line from WhatsApp.
Matched to the outlet's order.
Held before payment, not at audit.
Outlet, category and cap attached.
Cost per outlet updates itself.
The morning produce run shouldn't need a cash box.
Outlet managers pay suppliers by scan, inside the caps you set — and every rupee lands already tagged to the outlet.
- Per-outlet UPI caps
- Any supplier QR
- Zero cash floats
Every supplier bill checked against the day's rate.
Produce prices move daily. Bills are matched to the agreed rate and what actually came through the back door.
- Rate-card matching
- Goods receipt at the back door
- Short-supply credits
Cost per outlet, not cost per month.
Each outlet is a cost centre from the moment the money moves, so you see which kitchen is drifting while the month is still running.
- Outlet cost centres
- Category-wise spend
- Multi-GSTIN routing
Shift advances and staff claims, settled on time.
Advances open against a shift, receipts settle them as they arrive, and anything unsettled escalates on its own.
- Policy checks at submission
- WhatsApp receipts
- Bulk payouts
Utilities, aggregators, licences — all on your rails.
Not every payment is a supplier at the door. Cards for the dues, claims for the crew.
Cards that only buy what you allow.
A card per outlet or per manager, locked to the categories you approve — the card enforces the policy at the terminal.
- MCC-level control — approved categories allowed, rest blocked
- Per-outlet limits that double as running budgets
- Mandatory receipts captured at swipe, tagged to the outlet
- Pay anywhere, including BBPS — electricity, gas, licences
Crew claims, paid on the normal run.
Commissary runs, uniform purchases, local travel between outlets — filed from a phone and checked before payout.
- Policy checks at submission, not after the payout
- WhatsApp capture for every receipt from the floor
- Shift advances that settle against receipts
- Bulk payouts from your bank, synced to your ERP
Bulk payouts, bank-connected.

What F&B finance teams ask us first.
Our outlet managers won't learn a new app. How does capture work?
They photograph the bill and send it on WhatsApp. Pazy reads it line by line and tags it to the outlet. Nothing else changes at the counter.
Can caps differ by outlet and by category?
Yes — daily and per-transaction caps per outlet, and per category, so produce, gas and repairs each have their own ceiling. Breaches are blocked at the point of payment, not reported afterwards.
Produce rates change daily. Can bills still be checked against a rate card?
They can. The bill is matched against the applicable rate and the goods receipt, so an above-contract rate or a short delivery is held with the evidence attached before payment.
We run outlets across several states. Does each GSTIN need its own process?
No. Invoices are routed to the right GSTIN based on where the outlet sits and where the supplier bills from, with place of supply checked before posting.
Can Tally show cost per outlet rather than one consolidated figure?
Yes — every transaction posts with its outlet and category as cost centres, so cost per outlet is a live view through the month rather than a month-end exercise.
Bring one outlet's bill pile and your rate card. We'll read it live.
