They don't need to. Payments are UPI scans on any QR — the pump, the workshop, the dhaba. Caps, tags and the audit trail happen on Pazy's side, invisibly.
Can caps differ by depot, vehicle and category?
Yes — set daily and per-transaction caps per depot, per vehicle, per category (fuel vs repairs vs food). Breaches are blocked at the point of payment, not reported later.
We negotiate rate cards with workshops and transporters. Can bills be checked against them?
That's the default. Every bill is matched against the applicable rate card and job card; anything above contract is held with evidence attached before payment.
Can books be split by city and route in Tally?
Yes — every transaction posts with its depot, vehicle and route as cost centres. City-wise P&L and cost per km are live views, not month-end spreadsheets.
How do driver and trip advances get settled?
An advance opens against a trip, receipts settle it as they come in via WhatsApp, and anything unsettled auto-escalates after your window. No paper vouchers.
